SunnyGold Beef Striploin with Bell Pepper

Ingredients

  • 250g SunnyGold Beef Striploin (sliced thinly)
  • 1/2 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 3/4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3/4 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 3/4 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp sugar (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1.5 tbsp cooking oil
  • Optional: fresh basil or green onion for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the SunnyGold Beef Striploin - Mix sliced SunnyGold Beef Striploin with soy sauce, cornstarch, a little pepper, and sugar. Let sit for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Cook the SunnyGold Beef Striploin - Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan or wok over high heat. Stir-fry SunnyGold Beef Striploin for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Stir-fry Vegetables - In the same pan, add another 1 tbsp oil. Add garlic and bell pepper, stir-fry for 1–2 minutes.
  4. Combine and Finish - Return SunnyGold Beef Striploin to the pan. Add oyster sauce. Stir everything together for 1–2 minutes more. Taste and adjust salt or sauce if needed.
  5. Serve - Garnish with spring onions and enjoy.
