1 litter of water or sufficient water to submerge the SunnyGold Fresh Whole Kampong Chicken
Instructions:
Rinse the SunnyGold Fresh Whole Kampong Chicken under running water, removing the giblets, and change the water until it’s clear.
Boil the SunnyGold Fresh Whole Kampong Chicken in water for three minutes, then rinse again and drain.
Soak the dried herbs in the water for three minutes to clean them, then set them aside.
In a pot, place the SunnyGold Fresh Whole Kampong Chicken and herds (except for goji berries) and add enough boiling water to cover everything or 1500ml water as per desire.
Simmer on low heat for 2.5 hours until the SunnyGold Fresh Whole Kampong Chicken is very soft.
Add the goji berries and salt, simmer for another 20 minutes then serve.
